cause testicular cancer?
This type of feed can be highly contaminated with mycotoxins, in particular ochratoxin A
(OTA; Visconti & Botallico 1983).
Among the mycotoxins of agricultural importance, ochratoxin A
(OTA) is known to be a potent toxin having hepatotoxic, carcinogenic, nephrotoxic and immuno-reducing properties (Smith and Moss, 1985).

, a mycotoxin known to be toxic to the kidneys.

which can occur within days if grain at higher moisture levels is not dried quickly enough."
Green Cuisine chilli and Bart Spices paprika also had high levels of ochratoxin A
, linked to kidney cancer.
