Okorok

 

the coxofemoral or humeroscapular portion of hog, sheep, or veal carcasses. Okoroka from hogs (ham) are the most commonly processed for direct consumption: boiled, baked, smoked, or both boiled and smoked. The latter three means of preparation are also used for mutton and lamb.
