Quintile

(religion, spiritualism, and occult)

A quintile is a minor aspect of 72° created by subdividing a circle into five parts. The great astronomer Johannes Kepler devised quintiles and biquintiles (144°) for his astrological work. Quintiles refer to the aptitudes or talents related to the planets involved in the aspect. It is given an orb of influence of 1° to 3°, depending on the astrologer.
