PDES

(Product Data Exchange using STEP [STandard for the Exchange of Product Model Data]) A standard format for exchanging data between advanced CAD and CAM programs. It describes a complete product, including the geometric aspects of the images as well as manufacturing features, material properties and tolerance and finish specifications. STEP is ISO 10303. It is well known that the existence of the cross derivative terms in the PDEs could cause several drawbacks such as instability and oscillation in the process of finding their solutions.
In modern terminology, an ODE or a PDE is identified with an exterior differential system in an appropriate jet bundle and this approach leads to geometrization of differential equations.
The aim of this section is to study the numerical contour integral methods (NCIMs) for solving the free-boundary PDEs (2)-(6).
In this section, we consider five numerical examples using the BVMs of order 6 to solve the ODE system arising from the semidiscretization of the PDEs. All computations were carried out using a written code in Mathematica 11.0.
All PDEs are composed of 3 main domains: the catalytic core (highly conserved), the regulatory N-terminus, and the carboxyl C-terminus.
The first equation in the coupled PDEs represents diffusion of the drug into the cancer after it is delivered through the blood vessel and the binding rate to cancer cells.
Various modifications and adaptations of PM PDE in particular and other PDEs in general have been proposed in the last two decades.
Results are provided as mean [+ or -] S.E.M of 3 different [IC.sub.50] determinations on each purified vascular PDEs according to Lugnier et al., (1986).
