Most of the major retailers in France and Spain are clients of the newly acquired business - including Carrefour, Promodes, Pryca and Eroski - and many of these are already customers of Tibbett & Britten.
In Spain, where Carrefour and Promodes own the country's two largest hypermarkets, analysts are widely forecasting the merger of Continente, majority owned by Promodes, and Pryca, which is controlled by Carrefour.
