a city (until 1956, a village) in Rokiškis Raion, Lithuanian SSR. It is situated on the Apaščia River (Lielupé River basin), 18 km north of the Skapiškis railroad station on the Panevėẑys-Daugavpils line. Pandėlys has a cheese plant. [19–414—4]
