Pegtymel’

 

(also Rapyl’katyn), a river in the Chukchi National Okrug, Magadan Oblast, RSFSR. It is 345 km long and drains an area of 17,600 sq km. Originating in the Paliavaam

Range, it crosses the Pegtymel’ Range and empties into the East Siberian Sea, forming a delta. The Pegtymel’ is fed by snow and rain.
