Perechin

 

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Perechin Raion, Transcarpathian Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Perechin is situated on the Uzh River (Tisa River basin) 21 km northeast of Uzhgorod. It has a railroad station on the Chop-Sambor line. Among its enterprises are lumber and timber-chemistry combines and a juice and wine factory.
