Pershotravensk

 

a city (since 1966) in Dnepropetrovsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, under the jurisdiction of the Pavlograd city soviet. Located 6 km from the Nikolaevka railroad station. Population, 23,600 (1974). Industries include coal mining and food processing.

Pershotravensk

 

an urban-type settlement in Baranovka Raion, Zhitomir Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Situated on the Kho-mora River (Pripiat’ River basin), 18 km from the Polonnoe railroad station on the Shepetovka-Kazatin line. Pershotravensk has a plant that produces porcelain for electrical engineering applications.
