Location:South of Monterey, in Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Special Features:This property is new and not yet open to the public. Its purpose is to preserve an extremely scenic portion of the northern Big Sur Coast, an area offering spectacular views of Carmel Bay and the Pacific Ocean coastline. The property contains one of the world's largest native Monterey Pine forests, examples of the rare Gowen cypress, and areas of the rare maritime chaparral plant community. It also provides mountain lion habitat.
