Porolon

 

in the USSR the trade name for a type of flexible expanded plastic. By its chemical nature, porolon is a polyurethane. Polyurethane expanded plastics manufactured outside the USSR have the following trade names: Lock Foam, Vibrafoam, and Foamex (United States), Moltopren (Federal Republic of Germany), and Allfoam (Canada).
