Quil

(QUantum Instruction Language) A programming language developed by Rigetti for its quantum computer. Quil supports a hybrid classical/quantum model, and "quilc" is the compiler module. Algorithms are expressed in Quil standard gates; however, non-standard gates can also be defined. See quantum computing.
