QuantumFilm
An image sensor technology from InVisage, Menlo Park, CA, www.invisageinc.com. Announced in 2010, QuantumFilm is continuous analog film that derives its name from its use of nano-sized quantum dots deposited on silicon. The circuits in a lower layer scan the film at varying resolutions, depending on the requirements. QuantumFilm provides greater resolution and dynamic range than the standard CMOS sensors used in digital cameras.Copyright © 1981-2019 by The Computer Language Company Inc. All Rights reserved.
