Räpina

 

an urban-type settlement in Põlva Raion, Estonian SSR. Räpina is located on the Võhandu River, 6 km from where the river flows into Lake Pskov and 13 km from the Veriora railroad station (on the Tartu-Pskov line). The settlement has a factory that produces cardboard, a shop of the Tartu Textile Factory, and a sovkhoz-technicum.
