RAM raid

A method of burglarizing a retail store by driving a van or truck right through the front windows and grabbing everything close by. Why is this term in the encyclopedia? Well, it sounds suspiciously like "RAM-based RAID," which refers to a solid state or hard disk storage system that uses RAM as a high-speed buffer. See SSD, RAM and RAID.
