RPU

(1) (Real-time Processing Unit) A CPU chip specialized for high-speed operations.

(2) (RAID Processing Unit) A chip or circuit specialized for RAID storage. See RAID.

(3) (Ray Processing Unit) A chip or circuit specialized for ray tracing in graphics rendering. See GPU.

(4) (Radio Processing Unit) See baseband processor.
