RTSP

(RealTime Streaming Protocol) An application layer protocol used to transmit streaming audio, video and 3D animation over the Internet. It enables the user's client software to provide remote control of the server with functions such as pause, rewind and fast forward. RTSP was developed by Netscape and Progressive Networks and is widely used in conjunction with the RTP transport protocol. See RTP and streaming protocols.

The amended version of the FIFA RSTP introduces only one but yet very important amendment that is relevant in the context of the prohibitions of Third Party Influence and mainly Third Party Ownership, also commonly known as 'TPO'.
USSF has argued that, unlike UEFA's rules and European competition law, FIFA's RSTP rules are at odds with U.S.
Some of these protocols are Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) for commercial network, whose grace time is about 1 s, and Coupled Redundancy Protocol (CRP) and Media Redundancy Protocol (MRP) for cost-sensitive industrial network, whose grace time is about hundreds of milliseconds, and the newest Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) and high-availability seamless redundancy (HSR) protocol for critical real-time system, whose recovery time is zero.
The current transfer rules, which are governed by FIFA's Rules on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), have been in force since 2001 after they were accepted by the European Commission.
* Special ring protocols, including RSTP, MSTP, G.8031 /G8032v2, as well as transmission technologies like PB-EVC(Provider Backbone Ethernet Virtual Connection).
"The redundancy options are provided for both through RSTP, MSTP, and ERPS.
Additionally numbers of different solutions like VLANs (Virtual LANs [5]), RSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol [6]) or IP subnets have been developed making campus networks easier to maintain and manage, but with the cost of additional complexity
IGMP Snooping, Rapid Spanning Tree- RSTP, BPDU flooding/filtering
In the case of communication failure, the Ethernet allows to create a redundant connection using STP (Spanning Tree Protocol), RSTP (Rapid STP) or MSTP (Multiple STP).
