Rand, Sally (b. Hazel Beck)

(1904–79) dancer; born in Hickory County, Mo. A circus acrobat and film actress (1926–34), she was best known for her long-running striptease act, in which she moved ostrich plumes to reveal different parts of her body (1932–79).
