Rapid Storage TechnologyIntel's hardware support for drives set up as multiple drive RAID configurations (level 0, 1, 5 or 10), which includes fast recovery from failure (Intel Rapid Recovery).
Intel Smart Response
Rapid Storage Technology also supports Intel's Smart Response Technology, which places the most frequently accessed data and applications in the solid state drive (SSD). The computer must be configured with a hybrid (HDD/SSD) drive or one hard drive and one solid state drive. See RAID and hybrid drive. See also Rapid Start Technology.
