Tenders are invited for VALLEY AVENUE RECYCLED WATER
NSD uses recycled water
to irrigate golf courses, vineyards, landscaping, pastureland, parks, playing fields and a cemetery.
The Bureau of Reclamation has released an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Redwood City to extend its existing recycled water
distribution system from the Bayfront area into central Redwood City.
They cited the example of United States where uses of recycled water
were expanding at large scale.
To help, the recycled water
movement is steadily flowing as vineyards search for new sources of water to be used for irrigation, frost protection, landscaping and other operations.
