reduced vertical separation minimum (RVSM)

The application of 1,000 ft vertical separation above FL (flight level) 290 between RVSM-certified aircraft within the RVSM transition area and within MNPS (minimum navigation performance specifications) airspace.
i. The production of a negative, diapositive, or print at a scale smaller than the original.
ii. The conversion of raw measured values of meteorological data into graphs or charts.
