Reece, Brazilla Carroll

(1889–1961) U.S. representative; born in Butler, Tenn. A professor of business administration and distinguished World War II veteran, he served several terms as a congressman (Rep., N.Y.; 1921–31, 1933–47, 1951–61), joining in the 1950s crackdown on communists.
