Facilities:170 developed family campsites (1 site for hikers and cyclists), 1 developed group camp, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, hiking trails, nature trail, visitor center, exhibits (é).
Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, interpretive programs (seasonal).
Special Features:Named after Friend W. Richardson, the 25th governor of California, this park is where northbound travelers first encounter significant old growth redwood forest.
