Also called garden rocket, roquette, rocket-salad, Oruga, Rocketsalad, rocket-gentle; Raukenkohl (German); rouquelle (French); rucola (Italian) A very alkaline high protein green leafy lettuce with a spicy, peppery flavor, that neutralizes acidic waste and cleans the blood and lymph system.
