Increases circulation, particularly legs, feet, hands and brain. Silica content strengthens blood vessels, great for skin. Used for constipation, hemorrhoids, hypotension, inflammation, carpal tunnel syndrome, varicose veins, bladder, kidneys. Low evergreen with pointy leaves, small, greenish, white/purple flowers that seem to grow in the middle of each leaf and red berries.
