SAS System (tool)
(SAS) Integrated software to access, manage, analyze,
and present data. The SAS System can be used to perform data
entry, retrieval and management; report writing and graphics
design; statistical and mathematical analysis; business
forecasting and decision support; operations research; project
management and applications development.
SAS SystemOriginally the "Statistical Analysis System," the SAS System is an integrated set of data management and decision support tools from the SAS Institute that runs on platforms from PCs to mainframes. It includes a complete programming language as well as modules for spreadsheets, CBT, presentation graphics, project management, operations research, scheduling, linear programming, statistical quality control, econometric and time series analysis and mathematical, engineering and statistical applications.
