Savet Tajikistani

 

(Soviet Tadzhikistan), a weekly Uzbek-language newspaper of the Tadzhik SSR with republic-wide circulation. Founded in 1929, it was called Kizil Tajikistan (Red Tadzhikistan) until 1955. It is published in Dushanbe. Circulation, 93,500 (1975). The newspaper was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor in 1963.
