Schein, Edgar H. (Henry)

(1928–  ) psychologist; born in Zurich, Switzerland. He emigrated to the U.S.A. in 1939. An expert on industrial and organizational psychology, he joined the faculty of the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1956) and established a private consultancy to government and industry. His books include Organizational Culture and Leadership (1985).
