Unlike traditional MBA case competitions, this event has introduced a simulated real-time competitive supply chain strategy environment (the Supply Chain Operations Decision Environment, or SCODE) that objectively assesses the skills of each team to design and manage dynamic supply chains against a common scenario.
The scoring employed an objective, points-based system, using SCODE (Supply Chain Operations Decision Environment), which eliminated subjectivity from the judging process.
The included Scode DVR software enables the PC display to be configured with different combinations of inputs and events, such as motion image detection to generate an interrupt to bring the particular feed to the forefront of the display.
