Genotypes SDM1 and SDM2 clustered in an independent clade, which had 70.4%-77.9% identity with reference strains (Figure).
Identity of SDM1 and SDM2 with the reference strains was [less than or equal to] 77.9%, and they formed a distinct cluster, indicating that they might represent novel genotypes.

In the experimental formulation 1, a portion (0.0419 g) of the family of polymerizable cyclodextrin derivative reaction products (3), (4) was mixed with sorbitol dimethacrylate (0.3261 g "SDM2") and methacrylic acid (0.2383 g MAA) as reactive diluents to lower the polymerizable cyclodextrin derivative viscosity.
This formulation contained 0.3261 g of SDM2, 0.2383 g of methacrylic acid, 0.0271 g of Irgacure [R] 819, and the same small amount of Irganox [R] 1330 plus the stabilizers contained in the SDM2 and methacrylic acid as received.
Moreover, Axley (2001) has suggested that the linear SDM1 can only serve as a preliminary solution to be used as an initial guess for the nonlinear SDM2. The combined SD-PLM2 is simply the PLM with values of K other than 1.0, which have no impact in the prediction.
