system development methodology

The formal documentation for the phases of the system development life cycle. It defines the precise objectives for each phase and the results required from a phase before the next one can begin. It may include specialized forms for preparing the documentation describing each phase.

Genotypes SDM1 and SDM2 clustered in an independent clade, which had 70.4%-77.9% identity with reference strains (Figure).
Identity of SDM1 and SDM2 with the reference strains was [less than or equal to] 77.9%, and they formed a distinct cluster, indicating that they might represent novel genotypes.

In the experimental formulation 1, a portion (0.0419 g) of the family of polymerizable cyclodextrin derivative reaction products (3), (4) was mixed with sorbitol dimethacrylate (0.3261 g "SDM2") and methacrylic acid (0.2383 g MAA) as reactive diluents to lower the polymerizable cyclodextrin derivative viscosity.
This formulation contained 0.3261 g of SDM2, 0.2383 g of methacrylic acid, 0.0271 g of Irgacure [R] 819, and the same small amount of Irganox [R] 1330 plus the stabilizers contained in the SDM2 and methacrylic acid as received.
Moreover, Axley (2001) has suggested that the linear SDM1 can only serve as a preliminary solution to be used as an initial guess for the nonlinear SDM2. The combined SD-PLM2 is simply the PLM with values of K other than 1.0, which have no impact in the prediction.
Figure 6 depicts a comparison of the measured and the predicted dimensionless velocity profile (U/[U.sub.0]) by the PLM, SD-PLM1, PLMK, SDM2, and SD-PLM3 for Re = 2210 ([U.sub.0] = 3.47 m/s).
