Sedovo

 

(until 1941, the village of Krivaia Kosa), an urban-type settlement in Novoazovsk Raion, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR; situated 58 km from the city of Zhdanov. Sedovo has a fishing kolkhoz and food-industry enterprises. The city was named after G. Ia. Sedov, who was born in Krivaia Kosa.
