Sejima, Kazuyo

(1956–)
Japanese architect who works collaboratively with Ryue Nishizawa. Sejima has been praised for designing powerful, minimalist buildings using common, everyday materials. Sejima and Nishizawa share the 2010 Pritzker Architecture Prize.
