Azerbaijan Grape and Wine Festival starts in the Meysari village of Shamakhy district with support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, APA's local bureau reports.
Festival takes place in the area of 'Shirvan Wines' LLC viticulture and winemaking complex in Shamakhy with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and joint organization of the Ministry of Agriculture, Executive Power Authority of Shamakhy District, 'Regional Development' Public Union, State Tourism Agency and Azerbaijan State Carpet Museum.
The Extraordinary Investigation Commission which was comprised of the best lawyers of that time representing different nationalities Russians, Jewish, Polish, Georgians and even Armenians, based on the evidences launched criminal cases against 194 individuals accused of different crimes against the peaceful population 24 individuals in Baku and about 100 individuals in Shamakhy
