Siebel software
A family of Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) applications from Siebel Systems, Inc., San Mateo, CA (www.siebel.com). A complete range of products for sales, marketing and customer service are provided. For example, Siebel Sales is the sales force automation module for one user, which is available free at the Siebel website. Siebel Business Analytics is the commercial version which provides global sharing of information. Siebel Systems was founded in 1993 by Tom Siebel and Pat House.
