An upgraded version of the game/simulation SimCity by Maxis Software. In the new version you can raise, lower and level terrain; build roads and railways at 45-degree angles; name things in your city by planting "signs"; build raised highways, subways, and train and bus stations, schools, colleges, hospitals, electricity, water, recreational marinas and zoos.

There are three levels of zoom, and the view may be rotated to look at your city from any of the four directions. A query feature which will tell you the zoning, land value, etc. of any square. You get newspapers, advice from council members, graphs, and charts.

The much-loved SimCity has been modernized and greatly improved with the recent SimCity 2000. It now offers control of more details, like sewer and water lines, renewable energy sources and a host of new disasters.
The upgrade, released in 1994, is called SimCity 2000. The point of the simulation is to duplicate, by massive and virtually instantaneous numbers crunching, the real world of urban politics in which land-use decisions are taken.

Robin Harper, vice president of Maxis, the company responsible for Full Tilt and SimCity 2000, says: "All future Maxis software will be developed for this platform." Windows 95 boasts faster game-play, better graphics and enhanced sound.
The game package includes Bullfrog's Magic Carpet, Origin's Wing Commander II Deluxe Edition, Interplay's Cyberia-Mission Norway, Maxis' SimCity 2000, Mindscape's Dragon Lure, Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia 1995 and Psygnosis' The Lemming's Chronicles.
