Sovetskaia Estoniia

 

(Soviet Estonia), a republic-wide Russian-language daily republic newspaper of the Estonian SSR. Published in Tallinn since Nov. 1, 1940, Sovetskaia Estoniia replaced the newspaper Trudovoi put’ (Path of Labor), which had been published from July 6 to October 31, 1940. Sovetskaia Estoniia was not published in 1942 and 1943. Circulation, 46,000 (1975).
