Steinberg, Leo
(1920– ) art historian; born in Moscow, Russia. He studied at the Slade School, London (1940), and emigrated to New York City to study at New York University (Ph.D. 1960). He taught at Hunter College (1961–75), and the University of Pennsylvania (1975).
