Stouffer, Vernon B. (Bigelow)

(1901–74) business executive; born in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, soon afterwards opening his first restaurant in Cleveland; from this he built the multimillion-dollar Stouffer Corporation, a national chain of restaurants, inns, and food processors and distributors.
