SteelEye Technology Inc, a provider of data protection and application availability products, announced on Thursday (1 March) the expansion of its product set with the availability of its continuous data protection and disaster recovery solutions for IBM's System i business computing platform.
According to the company, SteelEye's product portfolio is available to run within Linux-based partitions across the System i portfolio and on IBM System x and Bladecenter servers running the Windows operating system that are integrated with System i via iSCSI technology.
