Taylor, Lance (Jerome)

(1940–  ) economist; born in Montpelier, Ida. Educated at California Institute of Technology and Harvard, he taught at Harvard before joining the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1974. He was a consultant for the World Bank, the United Nations, and several foreign governments, and is the author of Macro Models for Developing Countries (1979) and other works.
