Taylor, Lance (Jerome)
(1940– ) economist; born in Montpelier, Ida. Educated at California Institute of Technology and Harvard, he taught at Harvard before joining the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1974. He was a consultant for the World Bank, the United Nations, and several foreign governments, and is the author of Macro Models for Developing Countries (1979) and other works.The Cambridge Dictionary of American Biography, by John S.
