Tendürük

 

a volcano in the Armenian Highland (Ala Dağ Range) in eastern Turkey, near the border with Iran. Tendürük, which has three craters, rises to an elevation of 3,542 m. It is in the solfataric stage—near the summit there are vents giving off vapors and sulfurous gases.
