Ternovka

 

an urban-type settlement in Nikolaev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, under the jurisdiction of the central raion soviet of the city of Nikolaev. Situated on the Ingul River, 9 km from Nikolaev. Population, 9,900 (1976). Most inhabitants of Ternovka work in Nikolaev. Ternovka has a museum of local lore.


Ternovka

 

a city (since 1976) in Dnepropetrovsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, under the jurisdiction of the Pavlograd city soviet. Ternovka, situated on the Samara River of the Dnieper River basin, is 17 km from the Pavlograd railroad station. Anthracite is mined in the settlement.
