Topki
a city under oblast jurisdiction and administrative center of Topki Raion, Kemerovo Oblast, RSFSR. Population, 30,000 (1974). Located 38 km west of the city of Kemerovo, Topki is a railroad junction on the Iurga, Leninsk-Kuznetskii, and Barzas lines. The city’s industry includes rail transport enterprises, a machine shop, and a cement plant. There is an industrial technicum in the city.
