an urban-type settlement in Tsil’na Raion, Ul’ianovsk Oblast, RSFSR. Tsil’na is situated on the left bank of the Sviiaga River, a tributary of the Volga. The settlement has a railroad station on the Ul’ianovsk-Sviiazhsk line, 43 km north of Ul’ianovsk. A sugar factory and a grain elevator are also located in Tsil’na.
