USB mass storage device class

The software in a USB-based portable storage device that, when plugged into a computer, exposes the device's contents in the same manner as a built-in hard drive. USB-based devices such as flash memory drives, memory card readers, digital cameras and external drives use this device class protocol. See FAT32 and USB drive.
