    Peregrine Midstream Partners LLC announced that subsidiary Ryckman Creek Resources LLC has entered into a definitive agreement with Acqyre to provide procurement services for the rebuild of the nitrogen rejection unit (NRU) at the company's Ryckman Creek Gas Storage Facility in Uinta County, WY. The original NRU was destroyed by an explosion and fire on April 20, 2013, the cause of which is still under investigation.
