Uzin

 

a city (since 1971) in Belaia Tserkov’ Raion, Kiev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located 10 km from the Sukholesy railroad station on the Fastov-Imeni Tarasa Shevchenko line. Population, 16,000 (1975). Uzin has a sugar-processing combine, enterprises for processing and canning vegetables, and a poultry hatchery.
