an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Vin’kovtsy Raion, Khmernitskii Oblast, Ukrainian SSR; 45 km from the Dunaevtsy railroad station. Population, 8,500 (1969). A butter and cheese factory, a cannery, and a brickyard are located there.
