Voi-Vozh

 

an urban-type settlement in the Komi ASSR, on the Ukhta-Troitsko-Pechorsk road, 112 km southeast of the Ukhta railroad station (on the Kotlas-Vorkuta line). Population, 10,200 (1969). There is oil and gas extraction and a logging and timber distribution establishment in the settlement.
