WCA

(Web Clipping Application) An earlier application for a Palm PDA that accepted an abbreviated version of a Web page for efficient display on the PDA's small screen. The WCA was part of the Palm's Web Clipping Architecture, which included software for the client (WCA), a server that performed the translation between the HTML and WCA and the website itself.
